We want you to be happy — and your pet too. If the product isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
To start a return, email us at hello@hugsforpets.pl with your order number. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days and walk you through the whole process. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
We don't like keeping you in suspense — so here it is, straight up:
Every bed is made with care, not on a conveyor belt. That's why we need 5 business days from payment confirmation to produce and carefully pack your order. Then another 5 business days for DHL courier delivery straight to your door.
In total: around 10 business days from the moment you place your order.
