The bed is really great quality — it has thick, substantial memory foam inside, and the cover is soft and pleasant to the touch while also being easy to clean. With his joint dysplasia, I’m especially happy that he actually took to this bed — I think it’s the raised sides, which give him a comfortable place to rest his head. 🤍

The bed is of excellent quality! I’m really impressed with the craftsmanship and the materials. My dog, who previously only used dog beds occasionally, now happily settles down on this one. I chose a fabric that was supposed to be easy to wash, and it really is — it’s incredibly quick and easy to clean. I’m very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend!

The bed is wonderful! Bobi fell in love with it from the very first moment. We previously had two other beds, and he never lay in either of them — they were basically just decorative pieces in our home. With the HUGS bed, he settled in from the very first moment we put it together. I also highly recommend the quality of the craftsmanship. To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be unused, undamaged, and complete. Returns showing signs of use may be subject to a deduction reflecting the product’s reduced value. Please ensure the product is securely packaged for return shipping.

Every bed is made with care, not on a conveyor belt. That's why we need 5 business days from payment confirmation to produce and carefully pack your order. Then another 5 business days for DHL courier delivery straight to your door.
