We want you to be happy — and your pet too. If the product isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be unused, undamaged, and complete. Returns showing signs of use may be subject to a deduction reflecting the product’s reduced value. Please ensure the product is securely packaged for return shipping.

To start a return, email us at hello@hugsforpets.pl with your order number. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days and walk you through the whole process. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

We don't like keeping you in suspense — so here it is, straight up:

Every bed is made with care, not on a conveyor belt. That's why we need 5 business days from payment confirmation to produce and carefully pack your order. Then another 5 business days for DHL courier delivery straight to your door.

In total: around 10 business days from the moment you place your order.

We have size charts on all our product pages, so please refer to those when choosing your size.

Our products are proudly made in Poland. All the elements are handmade in our factory in Kostrzyn Wielkopolski. The wood elements are produced by our wooden manufacturer in Swarzędz and Lednica.

Yes — the covers on most of our beds are removable and machine washable. You'll find detailed washing instructions on the product label and on the product page in our store.
